Fisherman's Tsukemono Gozen is a fisherman's meal that inherits the food culture of the fishing town of Ito. It is a dish that fishermen used to eat on board their boats, and is a local dish that represents the region. It is a hearty dish with 450 grams of fresh tuna, horse mackerel, squid, salmon, and salmon roe, and is also delicious when mixed with a soft-boiled egg. You can fully enjoy the seafood that is unique to Ito.
