"Wasabi rice bowl," which is rice topped with grated wasabi and bonito flakes and eaten with soy sauce, has been a long-standing local favorite, and now many people visit just to try it. It has even been called the "holy land of wasabi rice bowls."

Wasabien Kadoya has been producing wasabi for over 100 years, spanning four generations, since the beginning of the Meiji era. The wasabi that is carefully grown over a period of one and a half years in the spring waters of Izu Amagi Mountain is exceptionally delicious, and is served as a "fresh wasabi rice bowl." Please enjoy the aroma, spiciness, and sweetness of fresh wasabi. Fresh wasabi and pickled wasabi are also sold in the store.
