4. Why not take a trip to rural areas?

Rural, mountain and fishing areas are rich in nature, and are rich in ingredients, with a wide variety of food cultures still remaining. You may find hints for gastronomy tourism in these rural areas.

We have created the "Shizuoka Green Tourism Book," which introduces farm inns, restaurants, direct sales stores, experience facilities, and more in Shizuoka Prefecture.
The site features 109 facilities within the prefecture where you can enjoy soothing natural scenery, locally produced ingredients and traditional cuisine, and the lifestyle and culture unique to each region.

The Shizuoka Green Tourism Book can be downloaded here.
