A special event will be held at the M:I Museum (Southern Alps UNESCO Ecopark Museum) in Ikawa, Aoi Ward, Shizuoka City, where you can experience the nature and food culture of the Southern Alps. Why not get in touch with the roots of food through a soba noodle making experience using a native soba noodle variety that has been passed down for generations in the local Ikawa area?
