~Re-experience the excitement of Shizuoka Prefecture's booth at the Osaka-Kansai Expo 2025 at the Washoku Exhibition~

Shizuoka Prefecture Booth "GEO KITCHEN SHIZUOKA" at the Osaka-Kansai ExpoThe "impressive taste" that was presented at the event, woven together with Shizuoka's climate and food culture,"Washoku Exhibition Shizuoka"will appear in.

This project will bring together the towns and cities in Shizuoka Prefecture that participated in the Expo, as well as chefs, to recreate and sell the dishes and local specialties served at the Expo. There will also be a digital stamp rally for Shizuoka's gastronomy tourism brand, "Umai Lalala," an exhibition of artwork from the Expo booths, and a video report summarizing the exhibits, making it a fun post-Expo experience.

At the Washoku Exhibition Shizuoka, you can learn about the depth of washoku through a variety of exhibits, lectures, and experiences related to traditional Japanese food culture and techniques, as well as local ingredients.
