Kakegawa Gastronomy Symposium 2026 to be held!

An event to consider the local food culture and future will be held again in Kakegawa City, Shizuoka Prefecture.
Following the success of the previous event, we will be scaling up this time and taking on a new challenge by collaborating with Higashi Mikawa.
A day exploring the possibilities that can be created through collaboration across regions, with the themes of "food," "innovation," and "urban development."
It is sure to be a place of learning and encounters for those interested in food culture and those involved in community development.

The core of this symposium is the talk session, where we will consider the future of food based on real voices from the field.
