We have planned a dining event where restaurants in the city will serve local ingredients and cultivated agricultural products, encouraging new consumption within the city and creating a vibrant community by having restaurants cooperate with us in preparing special dishes, allowing people to enjoy Makinohara City.

・Kaneju Earl Grey Granita

We use Earl Grey coffee from Kaneju Farm in Makinohara City, which produces the coffee from harvest to processing.

・Slowly cooked roasted Enshu Yumesaki beef with Shizunami red sauce

Freshly picked Benihoppe Shizunami Red from Ishigami Farm in Makinohara City is used in the sauce.

・Makinohara Terroir Mandarin Orange Tart

Terroir agriculture cultivates the unique flavors of the land. Made with mandarin oranges from Itakura Farm in Makinohara City.

・Silky turnip potage

Silken yukari turnips and vegetables grown in soil made from compost and organic fertilizer using tea leaves from Moguhagu Farm in Makinohara City

Uses wild yam products made by Ojiro in Makinohara City, which also participated in EXPO 2025 Osaka/Kansai Expo

・Yamamoto Kogyo's "Milky Queen" rice and "Sagara salt" are cooked in a pot.
