Due to the success of last year's event, we are holding another event this year! With the cooperation of the Shizuoka Prefectural Agriculture and Forestry Technology Research Institute Tea Industry Research Center, we will guide you to the research and development site of tea varieties that is usually off-limits to the public.
We will also visit "Da Farm," a tea farm that practices tea cultivation that makes the most of the characteristics of the tea variety. While tasting rare tea varieties, we will hear about the appeal of tea varieties that only a producer can know.
